Me: A well planned content strategy can help people understand more about your capabilities, your business. Credible content can help people build trust in you and your practice, can help quell anxiousness and fears, settle doubts in a straightforward manner, target people in your geographical location and generate leads, differentiate you from the competition and portray yourself as a thought leader… and the list goes on.

Him: Maybe this is something I should explore.

Content marketing in the healthcare space has been around for years, even before the dawn of the digital era, where brochures, posters and printed leaflets were visible in every clinic or hospital. With the movement of information on to the internet, content strategy has now become the need of the hour.

Content marketing is often thought of as ‘long-form messaging’ and there is a need to create and distribute timely, relevant, credible and unique content to stay a step ahead in the game.
